Elections at UNC: regular mail votes were delivered at Electoral Boards

On Thursday, at midday,  regular mail votes issued between October 11 and 15 were delivered. They were received by the different 15 UNC  faculties’ electoral boards. By means of the regular postal mode, about 10,000 people voted and so far 8,000 have been received. These votes will be scrutinized on Friday , October 22, together with the regular ones.
