• The UNC Office of International Relations (PRI) organized a conference called “Women and Political Practices”, which took place online on March 29 at 5 pm. Ms Delia Ferreira Rubio, a renowned jurist, and the national congresswoman, Ms Brenda Austin, took part in this event.   • Most academic units have already started their levelling cycles online. Many faculties will be offering partial off-line classes in both, final exams instances and in regular classes. In the meantime, the House of Trejo moves forward towards the adaptation period by adjusting classrooms, laboratories and other units so as to return to in-person classes whenever the sanitary conditions are given. Mr Juri, UNC Rector, will make agreements with other university rectors with the objective of allowing UNC students to undertake their practical classes in other provinces (02.02.2021)

  • There will be academic referents who will be providing information and guiding UNC 2021 incoming students. They will be assisting students, in person, in Rio ceballos, Rio Tercero, Jesus Maria,Valle Hermoso, Arroyito, Villa Dolores and Villa del Rosario. [02.05.2021]

  • The new supercomputer was delivered to the UNC Campus yesterday afternoon. It has a peak capacity of 156 trillion operations with decimal numbers per second. It will be used for projects in astronomy, chemistry, biotechnology, social sciences, statistics, physics and engineering, among other fields. It will also strengthen the research on COVID-19 that has been carried out in the simulations performed by the UNC clusters. It was acquired with funding from the Large Equipment Acquisition Program (PAGE, by its Spanish acronym) of the UNC Office of Science and Technology, with an investment of 371 thousand dollars.
