• Online Conferences Cycle on the Science Internationalization Program

    Three meetings will be held with the intention of giving information on the Science Internationalization Program managed by the UNC Office of International Relations (PRI) and the UNC Office of Science and Technology (SeCyT). The first event shall take place on May 7 at 9 am (04.05.2021)

  • UNC takes part of the new Advisory Committee on Open and Citizen Science

    This committee has been just created by the National Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and it will be integrated by representatives of scientific and academic institutions. Some of the advisory tasks carried out will be in the Open and Citizen Science areas, with the objective of paving the way towards the elaboration of policies and the planning of actions related to these topics.   • Call to Workshop Coordinators Within the Framework of the Micaela Law* Implementation at UNC

    The Gender Policies Central Unit (UNICEPG) is making a call for the selection of twelve workshop facilitators to coordinate online meetings directed to teachers and administrative staff at UNC. These workshops will start in June and are part of the mandatory training program organized within the framework of gender and violence against women and diversity set by this national norm.     *The Micaela Law establishes mandatory training on gender and violence against women and non-heteronormative identities for all persons working in the public sector at all levels and hierarchies.

  • Open call for a “Córdoba clean of cigarette butts” session

    Next Sunday, May 2, as of 3 pm at “Parque de las Tejas” (Tiles Park) and at the UNC Campus, the “Córdoba clean of cigarette butts” activity will take place. This event will be dealing with the raising of awareness related to the contamination generated through the disposal of cigarette butts in the public space.This activity will be organized by the Science and Technology Education Program of the Community Outreach Office, together with EcoLINK and Agenda Ambiental Córdoba.   • UNC rugby teams collected 10 thousand corn cobs to cooperate with free and open community lunch rooms

    Both female and male UNC rugby teams cooperated with corn cobs collection at the fields of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences.The produce was donated to institutions that serve vulnerable populations in the city of Córdoba. (04.28.2021)
