Pecla’s Fifth Session on the Integration of Knowledge. “ Approaching Latin America: an inextinguishable challenge” Virtual meeting in pandemic times
Within the framework of the PECLA ‘s course “Integrated Linguistic Skills Development”, the Pecla’s Fifth Session on the Integration of Knowledge- Virtual Meeting in Pandemic times- was carried out on July 3, 2020.
This session is part of the semester academic closing activities, and its main goal is to create an atmosphere that promotes a significant gathering for both students and professors.
On this occasion, 23 students from Brazil , France , Italy , Poland, Portugal and Serbia participated. The topics dealt with were environmental issues, the role of education and university intervention in the resolution of conflicts within a Latin American context.
The pieces of work presented demonstrated a high academic level as a result of the deep analysis and reflection on Latin America regarding its social , historical and cultural distinctive features.
